Manufacturers' reps can publish technical feature articles in prestigious trade magazines too. I worked closely with James M. Pleasants (JMP) to ghostwrite this article on packaged pump systems. JMP provided me with all the technical information, which I studied and digested, and then set to words that would meet the editorial standard for HPAC Engineering Magazine.
This article about the world's first LEED Platinum-certified hotel was the cover story in HPAC Engineering Magazine's October 2008 issue! The article covers the chiller water system design, energy recovery ventilation system, and unique load matching pumping system.
